Most of the pitching mechanics flaws I see, are Man-Made.
There’s no way the body would ever naturally organize itself had it not been confused by outside instruction.
And because of the Man-Made mechanics we’ve created an entire generation of pitchers addicted to pitching lessons, and instruction. I refer to these guys as “Pitching Mech-Addicts” because they blame any and everything on pitching mechanics.
– Miss high, it must be my mechanics.
– My arm hurts, it must be my mechanics.
– My velocity is down, it must be my mechanics.
So, today’s pitcher finds himself constantly seeking new instruction only to be even more confused than when they started, and starting over again.
In this short video below, we’re going to discuss:
– Why most pitching flaws R Man-Made
– Why the “Lesson Generation” is addicted 2Pitching Mechanics (Pitching Mech-addicts)
– Why throwing is a competitive sport- You Win or Lose on every throw
