The Core Velocity Belt 3.0 Training Video I’m about to share with you is one of my favorite new exercises for a couple of reasons.
- Lights up the posterior chain like Clark Griswold at Christmas time…Letting the pitcher instantly FEEL why the arm is at the ultimate mercy of his hips.
2. Eccentrically loads the glutes and hamstrings, which ain’t easy to do.
3. Flips the switch on the hip turners and prevents the pitchers’ feet from stinkin’ spinning.
